I'm still waiting for my sister to take some pics of my brand new creations: The Splins!
I tried to find a free day but .. no spare time!
While i was searching, while i flipped my Moleskine's pages i observed that.. San Valentine is coming!
I've already bought something for my LameDrone but i would like to add something hand-and-love made!
I found out this idea on Sponge Design - I think it's perfect!

Sto ancora aspettando mia sorella per le foto degli Splin!
Ho cercato sulla mia agenda un giorno libero per fare queste foto ma per adesso ..niente! E mentre cercavo , sfogliavo le paginine della mia Moleschina ho notato che.. manca pochissimo a San Valentino!
Al mio FucoZoppo ho già comprato qualcosina ma vorrei aggiungere anche un pensierino fatto a mano e con il cuore!

Maybe many of you don't know that i have a little shop on Etsy - the american portal for handmade and vintage - : The Apezoppa!
In this shop i sell my creation: hair accessories which i love to describe as RetroPop - vintage with a touch of colour.
I've always loved ribbons and buttons and 3 years ago i decided to start whit them this adventure on Etsy!

Forse molti di voi non sanno che ho una piccola vetrina su Etsy - il portale americano per l' artigianato e il vintage - : L'Apezoppa!
Nel mio piccolo negozio vendo le mie creazioni: accessori per capelli che amo definire RetroPop: vintage ma con un tocco Pop di colore.
Mi sono sempre piaciuti i nastri e i bottoni e 3 anni fa ho deciso di iniziare con loro la mia avventura su Etsy!

In these 3 years i made some different accessories but i never want to change the material: i love evolve, not change, (like a Sailor Fighter! :) so every new collection is an evolution of the precedent one.
Even this my new collection follow this concept.
I'm waiting for my sister to make some pics while i'm wearing my brand new creations but anyway i want to share with you a little preview! :D

In questi 3 anni ho realizzato molti accessori ma non ho mai voluto cambiare i materiali: mi piace evolvermi, non cambiare, (come una Guerriera Sailor! :) così ogni nuova collezione è un' evoluzione della precedente.
Anche anche questa nuova collezione segue questa idea.
Sto aspettando che mia sorella mi faccia qualche foto mentre sto indossando queste nuove creazioni ma voglio comunque condividere con voi una piccola anteprima! :D

If i'm a LameBee (ApeZoppa) he's my LameDrone! :P
And me and my drone... we've got a home! OUR home! A home to live in! A home to live one another! Urrà!!
It's very very small but perfect!
Is totally empty now, is a white space to color and fill up! Urrà!
I'm so happy!
As soon as possible we'll wander to Ikea for the big mobilia but meanwhile i'm looking for the little stuffs which give character to a house.
I've already bought some prints (this one for example), another was a gift from my sister for Christmas and now i'm aiming at something from TushTush's shop

Se io sono un'Apezoppa lui è il mio Fucozoppo! :P
E io e il mio fuco.. Abbiamo una casa! Una casa nostra! Una casa da vivere! Una casa per viverci! Urrà!!
E' piccola piccola ma perfetta!
Al momento è totalmente vuota, è uno spazio bianco da colorare e da riempire! Urrà!
Sono felicissima!
Prossimamente faremo un salto all'Ikea per vedere la "grande mobilia" ma intanto io mi sono già attivata per trovare quelle piccole cose che in casa danno carattere.
Ho già acquistato alcune stampe (una è questa), una mi è stata regalata da mia sorella per Natale e adesso sto puntando qualcosa da Tushtush

Christmas is gone! The Panettone has been eaten and the gifts have been unwrapped!
So, at this point, i can reveal you some gifts i made! Aren't you curious?! ^.^
Let's start from my sister's gift.
She is moving from my parent's house to a new one!
Her first house! - I'm excited for her!
So i decided to buy her some stuffs for her new dwelling! :)
A mushroom salt and pepper kit, some Pantone coffe cups and for last but not the least.. Mister Alce by Ohioja!

Natale è passato! Il panettone è stato mangiato e i regali sono stati scartati!
A questo punto posso svelarvi alcuni dei regali che ho fatto! Non siete curiosi? ^.^
Partiamo da quello per mia sorella!
Sta traslocando da casa dei miei genitori in una nuova casa!
La sua prima casa! - Sono emozionata per lei!
Quindi ho deciso di comprarle delle cose per la sua nuova dimora! :)
Un kit sale e pepe fungoso, alcune tazzine da caffè Pantone e per ultimo ma non ultimo per importanza.. Mister Alce by Ohioja!

Ohioja is Ylenia, an italian artisan from Prato who loves fruits, vegetables, animals and amigurumi and who combined this passions!
When i opened the postal package i was breathless! Ylenia has gold hands! Mister Alce is just AMAZING! Is made with love and this feeling is touchable!

5 Days in Madrid

I spent 5 days in Madrid with my friend Arianna - We chose this city for comfort of travel, i left expecting nothing special finding, on the contrary, a very beautiful city.
Initially is an austere capital, nothing to do with the classical idea of Spain, festive and colorful.
But, after few days, everyone can understand that this first sensation is totaly wrong!

Ho passato 5 giorni a Madrid con la mia amica Arianna - abbiamo scelto questa città per comodità di viaggio, sono partita aspettandomi niente di speciale per trovare poi una città stupenda!
E' una città a primo impatto molto austera, che niente sembra a che fare con la classica idea di Spagna, festaiola e colorata.
Ma, dopo pochi giorni, si capisce che questa prima sensazione è totalmente sbagliata!

Shortly before leaving i exchanged some mails with a customer of mine from Madrid, over the standard destination -El Prado, El Reina Sofia and its Guernica , Puerta del Sol, Plaza Major, El Buon Retiro, la Gran Via - suggested me to take a leap in Calle Fuerrancal and its market.
In one of the market's shop i finally saw some works by a spanish illustrator wich till then i appreciated only on internet: Depeapa

Poco prima di partire avevo scambiato qualche mail con una cliente madrilena che, oltre alle mete classiche - El Prado, il Reina Sofia con il Guernica, la Puerta del Sol, Plaza Major, El Buon Retiro e la Gran Via- mi aveva suggerito di fare un salto in Calle Fuerrancall e al suo mercato.
In uno dei negozi del mercato ho finalmente visto i lavori di un'illustratrice spagnola che fino a qual momento avevo apprezzato solo su internet: Depeapa.

Depeapa is Veronica de Arriba, illustrator and graphic designer who lives in Granada.

I've know Depeapa for her cameo brooches and when i glimpesed them in Fuerrancal i had no doubt!

A so fresh and clean stroke which makes her and her works unmistakable!

She makes much else besides and you could buy it online here.

After this nice discovery we went to El Rastro, the most famous city's fleamarket.

You can find everything! It's a must if you are in Madrid on Sunday.

Beyond a lot of knick-knacks, which i embarked for Italy :) , in El Rastro we found this "bocadillo"

Dopo questa piacevole scoperta siamo state al Rastro, il più famoso mercatino delle pulci della città.

Si puù trovare di tutto, è da non perdere se si è a Madrid di domenica!

Oltre a tante chincaglierie, imbarcate poi per l'Italia :), al Rastro abbiamo trovato questo bocadillo:

I wanted it! From the first time i saw it in Il Ghirigoro!

Finally this morning i've purchesed this print from Amanda's shop.

I'll hang it in my new home (!) to remember me everyday, as told me some days ago Floriana, that we have to take back the right of imperfection.

We are imperfect and unique as our creations, and we have to be proud of it!
